A lovely stay

The kitchen was fully equipped. It supported all my cooking endeavors. Hot water was available ALL day, every day. I never worried about cold showers. Reception was nice. They were always available to answer my questions. The location provided GREAT access. Everything was within walking distance.

The street outside was a little noisy, though it wasn't the fault of the hotel.

the apartment had everything we needed. laundry facilities were available downstairs for our use. the staff were friendly and were helpful. the location was also good for our needs.

the mattress on the main bed was awful. it was a cheap mattress and you could hear the spring twang when you sat on it. it caused you to roll to the edge of the bed. there wasn't hot water without manual boosting.

dripping showerrough towels

I wasn't thrilled when the bathroom situation turned out less than stellar. the shower had this persistent drip, quite annoying. also, the towels felt a bit rough, reminded me of sandpaper against my skin. and don't get me started on the noise from outside. Seemed like the delivery trucks had a convention right outside my window every morning.

The apartment was super clean. the location was perfect for accessing nearby shops! i found the availability of laundry facilities very convenient. the staff responded quickly to my inquiries. I appreciated that very much.

I found a very slight noise from the nearby tramline. The double glazing didn't shut completely.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the laundry room includes two washers and dryers. complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lobby throughout the day. I found that really useful.

the location proved very convenient. I found the apartment spacious. The kitchen had good equipment.

the shower leaked quite badly. Dirty floors extended from the corridor into the bedrooms. The main bed comprised two beds of different heights and comfort levels.
